Our School

St Alban's is an Outstanding Catholic Primary School. We strive for excellence in all aspects of our provision driven by our 10/10 learning ethos.

We are an oversubscribed two form entry school set within a beautiful tree lined site, near Hampton Court Palace. We have a well-established reputation for providing an excellent education and for developing fantastic, curious and enthusiastic learners. We are fortunate to have substantial grounds which include a large tree lined playing field, a multi-use games area, two large playgrounds and a secluded wildlife area.

We are a friendly, vibrant school with high standards and expectations. We pride ourselves in knowing all our children really well so there is sufficient support and challenge across the curriculum. Our staff are nurturing, and plan highly engaging lessons tailored to the needs of our children allowing high levels of progress to be enjoyed. The St. Alban's ethos is encapsulated by our motto: 'Lead the Way'.

There is an abundance of amazing facilities which include a daily mile athletics track, brand new playground with a sunken galleon ship and assorted climbing frames, tree lined playing field, amazing secret wildlife garden with a pond, trim trail, and an all-weather synthetic pitch for hockey and football.

At St. Alban's children make friends quickly. They become part of a big family. We take care of each other. The children also benefit from a wealth of extra-curricular activities, including trips and residential visits to enrich their experience at school. St. Alban's is a very successful school and behaviour is excellent. Visitors comment on our purposeful learning environment and delightful children.
